At Easy Spirit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't provide the perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.
Pack and Ship
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized UPS location or drop box.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
